Specialty Products Import and Distribution
Problem
A company specializing in the manufacture, import,
and distribution of specialty products had rapidly outgrown their shrink
wrapped accounting package. The rigid functionality of the OTC
application and the lack of processing speed had created a bottleneck
that limited company growth.
Solution
- The existing OTC application was replaced with
UA Accounting Software (SM, GL, AR,
AP, PO, and MM) and was
incorporated with their existing hardware. An AdvanTec support
contract allowed them to not only have technical expertise, but also
allowed them to learn the new system at their own pace. The company
used UA for several months then purchased additional features as the
company continued to grow.
